Randi loves teaching wherever she is in the world whether it be at home in Guatemala or while she is traveling abroad in the states and in Europe. She has four signature offerings: Therapeutic Thai, Embodied Spirit Movement, SuryaFlow and Cacao Ritual. All workshops are infused with joy, connection, touch and music.

Embodied Spirit Movement

A healing Dance Journey combining elements of Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement and Passing through moving from connection to self, others, the environment and the whole in a seamless journey from head to heart.
Ritual

A shared authentic space for community to gather where you are invited to be who you are while setting intentions for this next phase and moving that intention through your body in a joyful way. We feel our aliveness and freedom through singing, laughing, dancing and praying our dreams into reality.

A Holistic, Embodied and Therapeutic approach to Yoga
Includes: Mantra, Meditation, Mudra, Bandha, Intelligent Sequencing, Theme Weaving and Thai Massage Hands on Assists.
Therapeutic Thai Massage

Thai Massage blends elements of Acupressure, Yoga, Reflexology, Physiotherapy, Meditation, Energy Healing, Chiropractic and Ayurvedic wisdom.
The goal of any Thai Massage is to restore balance to the body, mind and spirit.
